Discovery Networks International announces the further international expansion of its portfolio of networks with the launch of TLC HD in Latin America. Starting this month, the 24-hour network will air on SKY in Brazil. This marks the third international HD brand for Discovery, following Discovery HD and Animal Planet HD. Its launch in Brazil also marks the first time TLC has ventured outside of North America.
