And Frantic is looking to move stronger into the television world. Mid-2007, the company brought on Derek Anderson as director of development for its live action division from fellow G100 nominee Cream Productions. At Cream, Anderson was involved in such notable history as Digging Up the Trenches and The Protestant Revolution. He also previously spent time at Cineflix Productions (which is also on realscreen's G100 list). Look for more lifestyle, science, history and drama to come out of this ambitious company.
Quizzed as to why Frantic continues to grow in all areas, especially television, Anderson points to viewer expectations: "Time and time again, Frantic Films has broken the mold and produced groundbreaking television that captures viewers' imaginations and keeps them riveted to the set. There's no better endorsement than that of the folks at home."
