Two TeleImages expats, producers Eric Gonzalez and Marie Pilhan, have joined forces with Zed to create a new wildlife production unit called One Planet. Focusing on pure wildlife and hosted travel shows, the Paris-based company currently has three HD series in production. One, Desperate Wildwives, is a program about the dominant females in nature, and is being produced for Animal Planet International.

Manuel Catteau, general manager of Zed says, "They came to us because they wanted to set up a company in partnership with people who are already in the market, and can also give them access to the international market." Zed will serve as the distributor for One Planet's programs.
