Magical Elves sprang into existence in 2001, the brainchild of Dan Cutforth and Jane Lipsitz. Observes Cutforth of their success: "TV is a collaborative medium and you can't have a successful company without great people -­ great producers, editors, shooters and production management. Finding and keeping those people is key, and then it's hopefully an upward spiral: if you have good people you make good shows, if you have good shows, you attract good people." And it's a spiral that shows every suggestion of continuing for this prodco.
