A recently announced alliance involving American indie distributors Ocule Films and Solid Entertainment and online stock footage house Stock Footage World has the three companies operating under a new umbrella called OSI. This entity is a combination of non-fiction specials, series and feature-length films, as well as footage content - all of which will be provided to international markets. osi also has a new media division to deliver its content in various formats, including IPTV, VOD and mobile.
