Eileen O'Neill has been promoted to executive VP and GM of the Discovery Health Channel and assumes management of FitTV. Vivian Schiller has been promoted to executive VP and GM of the Discovery Times Channel.
Wall to Wall chief executive Alex Graham will be the next chair of U.K. producers body PACT. Graham replaces Tiger Aspect's Andrew Zein, who held the position for two years.
U.S. broadcaster Fox Reality has brought on Noel Siegel as director of development. Before joining Fox, Siegel was VP of development at Hallock Healey Entertainment.
U.K. net ITV has named Simon Shaps as director of television. Shaps comes from ITV-owned prodco Granada. Ian McCulloch has been also appointed to the new position of ITV commercial director. His previous post was broadcasting COO.
Anne-Marie Varner has been named EP of all in-house programming at Discovery Canada. Varner was most recently head of original production for CanWest Media Works.
London's Mercury Media has hired Bill Graff as North American acquisitions and copro exec. Previous to his consulting position at EssanJay Solutions, Graff was VP of programming at Animal Planet U.S.
Bristol's Tigress Productions has appointed Matthew Cole as EP. Cole has more than a decade of experience as an indie and with the BBC, C4 and ITV.
Linda Reeve joins the BBC Motion Gallery as sales director. Reeve comes from the ITN Archive, where she held a similar position.
London's Indigo Films will open an L.A. office, headed by Vicky Judah. Previous to this position, Judah was VP of acquisitions at York Entertainment.
Reema Patel has taken over sales for London's ID Distribution. Patel comes from 3DD Entertainment where she was head of sales.
Michael Hoff Productions has hired Lisa Mao as director of development. Mao was most recently with Indigo Films.
